Member of the Month!

So I get home from doing a make-n-take with Tim Holtz yesterday & as you can imagine, I am floating on cloud 9! As if seeing Tim yesterday wasn't enough, I get a message from Vicki Sturgiss through Scraps of Us. She wanted to know if it would make me happy to be their member of the month. "Heck Yeah" is what I said! It was so sweet of her to think of me & TOTALLY unexpected. I love surprises!

I just checked the Webster's forum & saw that I won the Webster's June card challenge! It was a random drawing, but still! I was so shocked & excited when I read it that I actually lost my breath for a second. My prize is any collection I choose, so I chose to get more Hello Beautiful.

I made a card yesterday & I thought that was the end of my scrapping for the weekend, but I have a bridal shower to attend tomorrow. I had to scrap & make a card for the bride-to-be! How awful is that?...lol. I showed it to Hubby & he had the very cool idea to add a mini photo of the lovebirds. I'm pretty sure I have a really good one of them being all mushy-mushy. With or without the photo, I think this will be pretty for her to put in a frame. I'll make the photo removable so she can replace it with a wedding photo if she'd like.
